Mark is a solicitor and business development manager at Stephensons. In his role, he continually seeks to develop business for the firm, particularly within the insurance market where he promotes the firm’s services to insurers and brokers both in the provision of legal helplines and panel solicitor work.
In addition, Mark fulfils a client management role for insurer clients to ensure the firm’s services and practices are in line with the insurer’s requirements and meet service level agreements.
Mark’s expertise lies in the provision of legal helplines and he continues to develop and oversee the firm’s 24-hour legal helplines both for businesses and private individuals. These helplines include Carry on Driving and Constant.
Mark is a keen networker and is a member of the Salford Local Council of the Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce. His role with the Local Council involves supporting local businesses and promoting the economic growth of the region.
Mark joined Stephensons in 2005, after completing his LPC at Lancashire Law School and his Law degree at the University of Central Lancashire.
Away from the office, he is a keen rugby union player, playing for Hutton RUFC. Mark is also heavily involved in charity work and is a trustee of a local charity.
