Paul is an Associate solicitor specialising in commercial property law.
Paul joined Stephensons direct from University in 2000 and began his training contract in 2001. After qualifying as a Solicitor in 2003, Paul joined the Commercial Property department and was appointed as an Associate in 2006.
Paul is now deputy manager of Stephensons’ Commercial Property team, a 10-strong team of experienced specialists who advise clients ranging from tenants who occupy small commercial buildings to large commercial property landlords and developers.
Paul takes an active role in Stephensons’ client relationship management programme, which includes keeping clients up to date with changes in legislation, keeping them informed of business and property opportunities that are available and ensuring they are continually receiving legal services the way they want them.
In 2008, Paul was appointed to the board of directors of Groundwork Lancashire West and Wigan Ltd, a charitable trust that works in partnership with local people and organisations to improve the quality of the environment, the lives of local people and the success of local businesses in areas in need of investment and support.
Away from work, Paul describes himself as an infrequent golf player and has recently started to learn how to sail. He also cites going to the gym, swimming, camping and visiting his family at home in Wales as his other favourite pastimes.
