Managing Partner of the Criminal department
Martin was admitted as a solicitor in March 1982 and has since dealt with the whole range of cases coming before the Courts. He is a duty solicitor and regularly attends courts and police stations advising and representing clients despite the pressures of management.
The department prides itself on offering considerable expertise in areas beyond those traditionally found within many law firms and is intent on expanding those areas of work whilst retaining a commitment to publicly funded work.
The department is able to offer emergency advice 24 hours per day, 7 days per week
