Jonathan is an experienced litigator who heads up the Commercial Litigation and Corporate Recovery department. Recognised early as a rising star, Jonathan achieved Partnership at a comparatively young age and he is a member of the Insolvency Lawyers Association.

Jonathan acts for banks and finance companies, businesses, and insolvency practitioners in relation to insolvency and recoveries work. Jonathan regularly assists distressed companies and acts in insolvency acquisitions. He also advises on directors duties. Typical cases for funders include acting for the lender in security enforcement, unsecured recovery actions, professional negligence claims, fraud situations.
