Janine joined Stephensons in 1998 having graduated from the University of Liverpool with a First Class Degree in Economic and Social History. Janine originally joined as a researcher but moved into the HR team a couple of months later. Following this move, Janine decided that her future lay in the HR field and decided to embark on her CIPD studies at Wigan and Leigh College. These qualifications were completed in 2005 with particular success in the area of employee reward.
Janine and the HR team deal with the full range of HR matters from recruitment and selection through to disciplinary and grievance. Janine has a particular focus on graduate recruitment and is a member of the Trainee Solicitor selection panel.
Away from the office Janine is a fan of Wigan Warriors rugby league club, following them to all fixtures both home and away. She is married with a young son and daughter.
