On qualification Donna initially worked for Greater Manchester Police Authority in connection with police disciplinary and civil actions against the Police. Donna subsequently worked as a legal representative for Salford City Council in Children Act and mental health. She was a member of the adoption panel and was responsible for multi-disciplinary training in Children Act matters.
In 1996 Donna joined Flint and Holmes Solicitors who merged with Stephensons in 1998. Donna is a highly respected member of the Child Care team based at the Salford Office and deals with all aspects of child law, including representing children, parents and local authorities.
Donna was appointed as a Partner of the firm in May 2009.
Donna is a member of the Solicitors Regulation Authority's Child Panel Accreditation Scheme and a member of Child Concern.
