Chris Maloney

Chris trained and qualified with Stephensons and has specialised in criminal litigation since he qualified in 2005.

Based in St Helens, Chris has wide ranging experience and represents clients facing allegations ranging from murder to motoring offences. He has a particular interest in defending people accused of benefit fraud and this forms a substantial part of his workload.

Stephensons’ criminal litigation team is based in offices throughout the North West and as such is able to provide legal assistance 24 hours a day 7 days per week.
