Claire is an Associate of the firm and a member of the Family department based at our St Helens office.
Claire graduated with an LLB (Hons) Degree from Liverpool John Moores University in 1995. She successfully completed a diploma in Legal Practice in 1997 whilst working as a volunteer at the Leigh & District Citizens Advice Bureau. She joined Stephensons in 1998 as a Graduate Clerk, completed her Training Contract and qualified as a Solicitor in 2001.
Claire initially practiced in the area of Civil Litigation but since 2003 has pursued her interest in Family Law. She specialises in the law relating to children and represents parents in Care, Adoption, Contact and Residence applications.
Claire is also a member of of the Solicitors Regulation Authority's Children Panel Accreditation Scheme.
