Belinda obtained a BA Hons Degree in Communication and Information Media from Lancaster University and then a Graduate Diploma in law and a Distinction on completing the Legal Practice Course at the University of Central Lancashire.
Belinda joined Stephensons in 2001 as a graduate clerk and qualified as a solicitor in 2004.
Prior to joining Stephensons Belinda was the advertising manager for a national newspaper, Care and Nursing Home Essentials which was the monthly newspaper for the National Care Homes Association.
As an experienced member of the family team Belinda has involvement with all aspects of family law including divorce, financial matters following separation, public and private law children matters.
Belinda specialises in emergency Court applications, divorce and all aspects of private law and is an accredited member of Resolution.
