Stephensons' employees nominate a charity to raise money for throughout the year. During the course of the year we undertake a whole host of activities to raise money for our chosen charity.
This year we are set to carry out a variety of events including: dress down days, sponsored bike rides, snack shops, book sales, a fashion show and quizzes.
Stephensons' nominated charity for 2011 is The Christie
The Christie is a world class cancer centre, based in Manchester and treats patients from across the UK. Treating more than 40,000 patients every year, The Christie has an exceptional reputation for patient care and their world class research is breaking new ground in cancer treatment every single day.
With one in three people affected by cancer, many people’s lives will have been touched by The Christie. The Christie has a strong track record of working with businesses and the local community to ensure they continue to provide the very best treatment and care for their patients.
