National law firm, Stephensons Solicitors LLP, achieved another double award win at this year’s LFS Conveyancing Awards.
The expanding firm, which opened offices in Hammersmith and Tower Hill last year, is very proud to have won the award for Conveyancing Firm of the Year for the London and South East region.
The firm were also presented with the silver award for the Overall Conveyancing Firm of the Year. This success follows award wins from the previous 2 years.
The awards, which were held on September 24th at the Ricoh arena in Coventry, celebrate Conveyancing firms across the country that offers exceptional levels of client service. In order to win an award, firms must undergo a six stage judging process including a mystery shopping exercise and an interview.
Stephensons has continued to develop initiatives which helped the firm triumph at the awards. These include Homebuyers Plus which reimburses clients who’s purchase transactions have fallen through, an online quote calculator that allows people to receive an instant transparent conveyancing quote and the firm’s expansion into London, which has seen the number of staff dramatically increase in just over a year.
The judges said: “"The entries for the London and South East award all demonstrated high levels of initiative in a range of areas, particularly in developing ever better levels of client service in response to client needs and in investment in longer term training for graduates and apprentices. In addition there is evidence of marked creativity in innovations in marketing and IT development.
“The winner was able to demonstrate a combination of all such skills and initiatives coupled with a controlled and successful period of significant growth over the last year."
