Stephensons’ residential conveyancing team is celebrating a double award win at the annual LFS Conveyancing Awards 2012.
The North West law firm was the big winner on the night at Coventry’s Ricoh Arena, having being voted Regional Conveyancing Firm of the Year for the North West and Cumbria region, as well as winning the Overall Conveyancing Firm of the Year, against competition from over 50 other conveyancing firms from across England and Wales.
A stringent judging process was put in place for the awards with all firms mystery shopped to ensure they were providing a high level of customer service.
Tom Bridge, managing partner of residential conveyancing and probate at Stephensons, said: “We are very proud to have been voted the Regional Firm of the Year for the North West and the Overall Conveyancing Firm of the Year. We’ve been helping people to move home now for almost 35 years and it’s great to be recognised for the hard work the team does.”
The judges said Stephensons is a firm which ‘scored exceptionally highly in every category: compliance, mystery shopping and in their professional application. They have a consistently quality performance and an impressive array of unique selling points, differentiating their business from their competitors’.
They added that Stephensons ‘can be very proud of their firm as it seemed to the judges, that they not only talked the talk, but they actually walked the walk as well. Well done to Stephensons; firms will have to be very good next year if they are to go one better’.
Stephensons’ residential conveyancing team is based in Leigh and acts for home movers across the country. The last 12 months have been very busy for the team with the launch of the Property Centre in Leigh town centre, as well as being awarded the Lexcel and Conveyancing Quality Scheme accreditations.
