A talented children law solicitor in St Helens has been appointed to the Law Society’s Children Panel Accreditation scheme.
Gillian Tuck, who is an associate solicitor at Stephensons Solicitors LLP, has earned recognition for her expertise in this area of complex law. She becomes the 13th solicitor at Stephensons to join the panel and is one of very few solicitors under 30 to do so.
Gillian has been a solicitor for five years and represents parents, children, and all other interested parties in care proceedings and matters involving social services. In order to become a member of the panel, she has demonstrated through an interview and assessment process, the necessary skills and experience to competently undertake work in this area of law.
Gillian said: “As a Children Representative I act for children in all proceedings where there is provision to do so. I am absolutely thrilled to have been appointed to the Children Panel Accreditation scheme.”
