Stephensons Solicitors LLP is showcasing a range of legal services at this years’ BIBA 2012 for brokers to provide to their insurers to help at every stage of their business and personal lives.
On May 16th and 17th at Manchester Central, the award-winning law firm will exhibit four legal packages covering regulatory, employment and motoring law as well as its innovative legal helpline, Constant, which provides assistance on a range of everyday legal issues.
Launching for the first time, Safe Assist is a legal package which provides a comprehensive range of health and safety services to businesses. It is provided by advisers with the relevant knowledge, experience and expertise to assist businesses to proactively manage risks to health, safety and welfare.

In addition, a HR service aimed at employers will also be exhibited. Workplace Plus is designed to remove the everyday headaches of being an employer by providing the tools needed to become a best practice employer. This includes a tailored employment law package of policies, contracts and handbooks, supported by a legal helpline for any problems.
Motor insurers will benefit from Stephensons Carry on Driving package, a legal helpline to provide free initial legal help to those facing motoring prosecutions in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Carry on Driving is the perfect addition to any insurance policy since driving convictions can be a major blow to people on the road.
Stephenson’s 24/7 legal helplines serve more than 500,000 policy holders annually in the UK. In addition, the law firm has linked up with Scottish law firm Morisons Solicitors LLP to offer brokers a UK-wide legal helpline with a difference.
One call to the Constant helpline provides free initial advice on a variety of issues, including personal injury, buying and selling a home, family and relationship matters, consumer rights, clinical negligence and much more.
