Stephensons Solicitors LLP has chosen the Deva City Office Park in Manchester City Centre as the new home for its Manchester staff. 

The law firm is relocating around 30 staff into larger, modern premises with better amenities for its staff and clients, and within easy reach of the Court. The move will take place in late November 2014. 

The Manchester office move is part of a 12-month programme of office upgrades across Stephensons offices. The top 150 law firm (according to The Lawyer Top 200 in 2013) is making the investment in its premises following a period of extensive growth and research into how customers are accessing legal services.

The firm was assisted in sourcing and negotiating the new lease at Deva City Office Park by Andrew Frazer, a director at Scott Frazer Property Consultants in Manchester.

Mike Devlin, managing partner of the Family team, said: “We’re looking forward to moving into new offices, which are fit for modern open plan working and will also enhance our clients experience when they come to see us. Stephensons’ Manchester office predominately assists clients involved in Family, Child Care and Criminal cases and the firm has the largest family law team in the North West.
