Here at Stephensons Solicitors LLP we are pleased to be able to assist people with employment issues via the Civil Legal Advice Helpline. We are one of only a handful of firms that successfully tendered to be able to assist clients who call through the Civil Legal Advice Helpline.
Stephensons have been involved with the Legal Aid Agency for many years but have only delivered telephone advice through the helpline, since April 2009. In just one year, we have assisted over 2,000 people to gain legal advice. Through the helpline we assist clients to prepare statements, negotiate settlements and everything involved in a tribunal process. What we can’t do is attend the tribunal, but if you require representation we can organise this, however you may be required to fund this action yourself.
